According to the World Water Council 1.1 billion people do not have access to clean water, and 2.6 billion people do not have safe sanitation. “Water changes everything,” is the mantra that is repeated at charity: water, and they are doing everything they can to bring clean water to the masses. They are a non-profit organization that gives 100% of donations directly to their water projects. That’s awesome!  They even show contributors the water sources that they helped create with photos and GPS. At charity: water they make it easy for people to start and fund their own projects, or just work towards contributing towards existing projects. We love what they are doing at charity: water to change lives and how they make it so easy for people to get involved and make a difference.
